Bring your machine into Allspray, we start by consulting with you to identify the specific issues and problems you’re having with your machine, as well as your desired outcome. This helps us tailor our inspection and repair process to meet your needs.

After your job is registered, we attach a label to your machine and transfer it to the service area.

02 Safety Test and Tag Service Available – Chargeable

Ensure the safety and compliance of your electrical equipment with our Test and Tag services.
Our certified technicians use the latest technology to inspect, test, and tag your machines, ensuring they meet all safety standards and regulations

03 Assessment

Our technicians will investigate your machine’s condition, identify worn or damaged parts, and diagnose issues like operational failures or leaks. This helps us determine the necessary repairs or replacements to keep your machine running smoothly.

04 Quotation

We provide a detailed quote outlining the recommended repairs or replacements for your machine.
Based on our assessment, we may suggest specific repairs, replacements and or a full service.
If your machine can’t be repaired or if parts are unavailable due to its age, we will recommend a new machine. This guarantees you a dependable solution, supported by a warranty

05 Approval, Decline or Not Viable

Approve Quote: Once we have your approval we will proceed with the repairs.
Decline Quote and Costs: If you decline, you will be charged for 1 hour of labour and for complex machines may incur additional costs due to extended investigation time.
If you decide not to proceed, the 1-hour labour charge covers:
Investigation
Disassembly
Diagnosis
Quoting
Your machine will be returned in parts unless you request reassembly.
Non-Viable Repairs and Cost: You will be charged for 1 hour of labour and complex machines may incur additional costs due to extended investigation time.
This charge will be waived if you purchase a replacement machine of greater value from us at the same time.

06 Repair

Our skilled technicians will repair your machine using high-quality, genuine parts to ensure the longevity and reliability of your machine.

07 Completion

After the repairs are finished, we’ll notify you that your machine is ready for pickup.
Please arrange to collect and pay for your machine within a week of this notification.

For all warranty claims, please provide a copy of your proof of purchase.

02 Initial Assessment: Inspection and Diagnosis

To understand why you are claiming warranty, our technicians will inspect your machine, identify any worn or damaged parts, and diagnose issues such as failures or leaks. Based on this diagnosis, we will determine the necessary repairs or replacements.

03 Warranty Claim Approval

Repairs require approval from the appropriate company before we can proceed. If the repair is declined, we will provide an explanation and offer you the option to continue at your own expense.

04 Approval: Our technicians will repair

Once we get approval, our skilled technicians will repair your machine with high-quality, genuine parts to ensure it lasts and works reliably.

05 Test and Tag Service Available – Chargeable

Ensure the safety and compliance of your electrical equipment with our professional Test and Tag services. Our certified technicians use the latest technology to inspect, test, and tag your machines, ensuring they meet all safety standards and regulations.

This is not covered under warranty and is chargeable.

06 Completion: We will notify that your machine is ready

After the repairs are finished, we’ll notify you that your machine is ready for pickup.

Please arrange to collect and pay for your machine within a week of this notification

01 Schedule a technician for assessment and quotation  

We will schedule our technicians to visit your location, assess your machine, and diagnose any issues.
After the assessment, we will provide a detailed quote for the recommended repairs or replacements.
Please note that the initial quote is an estimate, and the final cost may vary based on the actual parts and labour required.

02 Approval

Approve Quote:
Once we have your approval and the necessary PO or credit card details, we will schedule the repairs.
If you have an account with us, please provide a purchase order and billing details.
If you do not have an account, please provide your credit card details and billing information.

Decline Quote and Costs: If you decline, you will be charged for

03 Repair

Our skilled technicians will travel to your site and repair your machine using high-quality, genuine parts to ensure its longevity and reliability.

04 Completion

After the repairs are completed:
If you have an account with us, we will send you a invoice.
If you do not have an account with us, you will be invoiced, and your credit card will be charged
